Jessica Whaley
Clinician 2, Adolescent Program Lead
Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Jessica began working in the substance use field starting in 2017, supporting teens and adults across all levels of care as they navigate recovery, trauma, and major life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, authenticity, and real human connection, with a little humor when it helps. Jessica draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), to meet clients where are and support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with Jessica isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about walking alongside as you make sense of your experiences and move forward with confidence. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find Jessica at a concert, relaxing by the beach, or rollerblading.
