Jennifer Lichtenstein
Outpatient Clinician
Jennifer is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Mountainside, holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in social work from New York University. She brings experience working with adolescents in residential treatment and adults in acute care settings, grounding her approach in compassionate, individualized support. At Mountainside, Jennifer collaborates with clients to identify meaningful goals, build on their strengths, and create a safe space for healing. She draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and strength-based practices to guide clients through their recovery journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, staying active, and traveling.
