Jada Pollock is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and CASAC-Advanced clinician with extensive experience in behavioral health. As Assistant Director of Outpatient Services at Mountainside, she brings a strong focus on holistic wellness, client-centered care, and crisis management to support individuals and families in their recovery journeys.
Jada is known for her warm, welcoming approach and her ability to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and understood. She uses evidence-based approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, functional family therapy, and attachment theory to tailor treatment plans to each client’s unique needs and support meaningful healing. In addition to her clinical work, Jada is a skilled supervisor with a strong track record of mentoring and motivating clinicians to grow in their roles and deliver high-quality care.
At Mountainside, Jada is committed to fostering an outpatient experience grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, watching sports, exploring new adventures, and spending quality time with loved ones.
