Courtney Hulse is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience treating substance use and mental health disorders. As Director of Outpatient Services at Mountainside, she brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to care, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting recovery.
With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Courtney has held both clinical and supervisory roles across outpatient and residential treatment settings. Her work is grounded in strengths-based techniques that support holistic healing, with a particular emphasis on family involvement throughout the recovery process. By taking a systemic approach, she recognizes the vital role loved ones play in creating a strong, supportive foundation for change.
At Mountainside, Courtney is committed to helping clients and families navigate recovery with compassion, insight, and connection. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and dancing.
