Megan McGrath

As the Family Alumni Liaison at Mountainside, Megan supports the continued connection and well-being of family members and loved ones following their participation in Mountainside’s services. Drawing on personal experience and Twelve-Step knowledge, she helps families navigate their own recovery journeys and access ongoing resources, community, and support.

In her role, Megan leads outreach, facilitates groups, and organizes events that bring Family Alumni together. She also oversees content for family alumni communications, social media, and the Mountainside Connections App, creating opportunities for families to share experiences, access recovery resources, and build lasting connections.

Passionate about supporting families affected by addiction, Megan believes connection is an essential part of recovery. Through the Family Alumni Program, she is committed to fostering a welcoming community where loved ones can continue learning, growing, and supporting one another.
