Career Opportunity - Evening Coordinator

Mountainside Treatment Center is an innovative and fully comprehensive inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located in Connecticut.
 
We are currently seeking a full-time Evening Coordinator at our residential treatment center in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate understanding of the needs of those residing in treatment and possess the skills and qualifications to professionally meet any such needs. Proficiency in problem solving is a must.
 
Job Duties / Responsibilities

•  Facilitate client needs during the 2nd shift
• Clear and prompt communication of client issues to supervisor and counselors
• Client intakes and discharges
• Perform luggage searches and drug screens
• Monitor self administered medication times
• Perform rounds of facility and grounds
• Professional communication with client’s family members and prospective clients
• Uphold ethical and professional boundaries
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations

Qualifications

• Bachelors (BA/BS) degree preferred
• CAC, CASAC, CASACT preferred, CIT
• Prior experience in 2nd or 3rd shift in a residential treatment setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• First Aid and CPR certification
