Mountainside is guided by its commitment to provide the highest quality care to those suffering from drug addiction and alcoholism. What began more than a decade ago has developed into one of the most successful drug addiction treatment centers providing quality and effective addiction and alcoholism treatment in an ideal environment.
Mountainside utilizes an integrated evidence-based, multi-disciplinary approach to addiction treatment. Our treatment team of licensed and credentialed counselors and other highly trained and certified treatment professionals including our Advanced Practice Registered Nurses work collaboratively to guide each resident through a thorough bio/psych and addiction diagnosis, treatment, recovery and aftercare planning. We have counselors devoted to diagnosing a resident’s addiction history; others focus on relapse prevention, education and gender specific issues; another concentrates on alternative methods in our innovative Mind-Body-Spirit and Yoga program; another team focuses on group and individual responsibility in our Adventure Based Initiatives program, while another team is focused on developing an effective aftercare plan and continuing support.
This cohesive team of addiction rehabiliation professionals has a depth and breadth of experience that is unsurpassed. Using this unified team approach, the addiction treatment plans reflect the combined expertise of many highly trained addiction treatment professionals. This approach also ensures that the clients who need several different treatment modalities to meet their individual needs will receive the ideal combination of therapeutic tools to ensure a successful recovery.
Working with their counselors, clients are able to take advantage of a long list of treatment initiatives designed to appeal to individual tastes and preferences. A core tenet of the Mountainside individualized drug addiction rehab and alcohol treatment program is doing what it takes to get people fully engaged in their recoveries.
